Not to worry, we can take a cash or debit card deposit on your equipment. The amounts will vary depending on the equipment being rented. High Performance equipment CANNOT be rented without a valid credit card. Please note that debit deposits are not automatically refunded when the equipment is returned, you must return to our cashiers for your deposit refund.

Soak up the fabulous Monashee Mountain views in the private hot tub on the deck. The 2 master bedrooms both feature ensuites, with a slate steam shower and rainfall showerhead in the upstairs room. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of single bunk and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed.

With a retractable glass wall and customized hidden wall beds/closetry, though, we can easily sleep up to 16 guests in 6 private and semi-private bedrooms. The Whitefoot Lodge is located "right" in the village of Big White Ski Resort, with convenient ski in/ski out access to the main lifts. In the Whitefoot you can also find the market with a modern deli, grocery store, liquor store, and the medical clinic. You only have to walk a few steps to restaurants, popular pubs and the village centre mall.
Beginner, intermediate and advanced lanes separate Joey from the Whistler/Pemberton crowd sessioning under the stars. How to Get Here & Getting Around - You can fly into Kelowna International Airport or from Kelowna, follow Highway 33 until you reach Big White Road. You can get around Big White by walking or skiing, but there’s also a free shuttle service on the mountain.

All walk-in equipment rentals from our main rental shop in the VCM are eligible for the discount by showing your seasons pass to our cashiers at the time of payment. The passholder discount does not apply to online reservations as they are already discounted. Please note our Equipment Damage Protection Plan is not subject to the discount. Yes, you can swap out your ski gear to snowboard gear at any time within the same performance level. If you need to add boots there will be an additional charge. This does NOT apply to our season rental program.
This bright studio is located on the top floor of the Whitefoot Lodge and offers the best location in Big White Ski Resort. Located in the building is also 2 restaurants, a coffee shop, the Market, Liquor Store and Ski School. Enjoy the Saturday fireworks from the outdoor hot tub.
Parking is available outside with no assigned parking spot. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, additional parking is available at the Happy Valley Parking lot . This 2 bedroom with a loft is located in the upper village and features 2 large bedrooms, each with private bath.
A ten minute walk or a bus ride takes you down to the village. A comfy lobby offers TV, books, and a lot of ski stories around the fireplace at happy hour. A wax room and coin laundry beside the lobby are available for your use.
The main level has an open kitchen, dining and sitting area with large windows and a beautiful unobstructed view of the Monashee Mountains, a pellet stove and a small deck with a BBQ. The den off of the front door has a futon and is also set up as a sitting area so that the kids can watch their TV shows too. The lower level has the main bathroom with a bathtub and the kids room has 2 bunk beds with an X-Box and the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds . This spectacular 2 level, 3 bedroom townhome in Happy Valley offers picturesque and breathtaking views of the Gondola and Saturday Night Fireworks.
Located on the quiet side of Big White, just past the Snow Ghost Express, Snow Pines is a cozy neighbourhood housing many vacation homes. Just a short walk from The Village, Snow Pines is great for guests looking for the true mountain experience. Forty-five minutes southeast from Kelowna in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, Big White is often referred to as "Big White-Out" due to an occasional dense fog.
