The EDPP does not cover damage caused by improper or reckless use of the equipment, nor does it cover loss or theft of the equipment. Please remember never to leave the equipment unattended.
Big White Vacation Home Rentals
With something for everyone, and being conveniently located near Kelowna and an international airport, Big White Real Estate is always in demand. If from experience, you have been dissatisfied with the release settings that result from your release preference, mention this to your binding ski shop technician. You can add helmets to your rental package or pick one up on a first-come, first-serve basis at the shop. We don’t take reservations for helmets by themselves. Although helmets aren’t required, we strongly recommend them for anyone hitting the slopes. We hope this is a service we can offer in the future but for the time being each renter must come to the Rental Shop for fitting.
To check if this will be available when you need it. We have a limited amount of space in the Rental Shop for you to store your regular shoes while you enjoy the slopes. We cannot store other items such as clothing or backpacks, but there are lockers on the lower level for these larger items.

The Rental Shop in the Village Centre Mall has rental jackets and pants to keep you toasty warm so you can get the most out of your day. All renters require a photo identification document as well as a valid credit card for a security deposit . Renters under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will need to sign the rental contract on their behalf. All the bathrooms include heated slate floors. It also features private hot tub and picturesque views out the front windows. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo right in the centre of Big White Ski Resort.

The Monashee Inn is one of the most comfortable and friendly complexes on the hill so I AM sure you will enjoy your ski holiday as much as we do when we are there. The building managers are available in the lobby office. If you have any questions or concerns, need information, or something in the unit does not work, they will be happy to assist you. The second bedroom also is partly ensuited to the main bath and has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is extra-large, with 2 sets of single over double staircase bunks. Located up just one flight of stairs, there is a large private landing to load and unload, and a ski locker for all of your skis and boards.
